In order to achieve our strategic priority of building a diverse and effective team, East Feliciana Public Schools is currently seeking Master and Mentor Teachers for the 2022-2023 school year. Through our partnership with the National Institute for Excellence in Teaching (NIET), these leadership positions are developed to provide structures and practices that maximize teacher effectiveness under the Best Practices model. This is a comprehensive educator effectiveness model dedicated to attracting, developing, motivating, and retaining highly effective educators in order to raise achievement for all students.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s Degree Preferred
Valid Louisiana Teaching Certificate
Teaching Experience Required
Demonstrated Effectiveness in Increasing Student Achievement
